DESCRIPTION:Produced by Hope Wade Designs\, Dogs and Fashion on Broadway’ culminates with a runway show set for Saturday\, April 26th from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at N Broadway in Nyack between Lydecker St and High Avenue where the block will be closed off for this fashion show showcasing dogs and businesses showing their wares by models.  \n\n\n\nThe event is produced by award winning fashion designer Hope Wade who owns a store at 23 N Broadway Nyack. \n\n\n\nThere will be 5 dogs up for adoption. \n\n\n\n“This is going to be such a wonderful event because it seems like every other person in Nyack has a dog. The mayor has asked how could we get more business to come to Nyack and I thought this would be an amazing collaboration. So far people are enthusiastic.” Says designer Hope Wade. \n\n\n\nThis event is sponsored by the Village of Nyack from funds from their hotel tax. \n\n\n\nThe main runway event will showcase the work of 12 local stores\, 14 dogs and vendors including Hope Wade’s own couture line. Entertainment will be offered by The Raze DJ\, MC Qui Talks and puppeteer Bonnie Halfond. \n\n\n\nThe free event is designed to engage the community and bring in more customers for the businesses.
