Ria Banerjee is a professor of English at CUNY, the City University of New York, where she teaches classes in literature and film. She has loved Virginia Woolf since reading To the Lighthouse at age fourteen and not understanding a word of that extraordinary novel. She has known Mark Hussey for almost a decade now, and has admired his work for a lot longer than that. Her own writing is listed on her website online. In her free time, she blinks at cats and thinks about climate change.
