Food Enthusiast Program

The RCC Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center’s Fall Enthusiast Program is back with more fun and deliciousness than ever!  Kicking classes off Thursday, September 25th with crowd favorite: Oktoberfest — you will learn to prepare potato pancakes, soft pretzels with Bier cheese, Bratwurst and Saurkraut, Sauerbraten sliders with red cabbage, and apple turnovers.  BYOBeer or purchase District 96 beer from Burger Loft.  You will have fun, learn, and leave a better cook.
