In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and World Mental Health Day, join us for our annual Healing on the Hudson community event!

Every cent goes to fund Kula’s empowering mindfulness-based mental health program for survivors of domestic and sexual violence at The Center for Safety and Change.

Heal your mind, body and spirit while bringing healing to those in need.
You’ll be led on a healing journey of accessible, uplifting practices like gentle yoga, calming breath, guided meditations and sound baths.
Register to donate $50 to “Be a Healer” and receive special gifts at the event. People under 18 can “Be a Healer” by donating $25. Open to the public. All are welcome!
