In a knife skills class, you’ll master essential techniques to elevate your culinary expertise.

You’ll start by learning the proper grip to ensure control and safety, followed by fundamental cutting methods such as slicing, dicing, julienning, mincing, and making citrus supremes for beautifully segmented fruit. 

As a highlight of the class, the vegetables you prepare will be used to create a delicious shared meal. You’ll practice precision cutting to assemble a fresh, vibrant salad, prepare ingredients to complement a perfectly cooked salmon, and expertly slice fruit for a rustic galette.

From hidden gems to iconic establishments, our guided St. Patrick’s Day tour (self guided bar crawl) ensures an exciting exploration of the city’s diverse nightlife and its Irish pub culture, making this St. Paddy’s Day bar crawl is a must-attend for anyone seeking an authentic and spirited social experience.

The All Ways Writing Circle offers time, space, community, and inspiration to get some writing done. This is for anyone who wants to write—in any genre—and would benefit from dedicated time. Facilitated by Lily Greenberg, participants will be offered a prompt, approximately 45 minutes to write, then a chance to share their work in a warm and supportive group setting. No experience needed, all genres welcome. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Admission is $12.
Participants are encouraged to register on Eventbrite. Walk-ins are also welcome, and can pay at the door by cash, check, or Venmo.
